- Familiarity with data visualization tools (e.g. Tableau, Power BI, Looker) for communicating insights.
- Ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders.
- Curiosity, adaptability, and willingness to learn new technologies and approaches.
- Experience in fintech or financial services.
- Experience with model deployment, monitoring, or cloud platforms.
- Opportunity to make a real impact on business decisions through high-value data science work.
- Professional growth opportunities, including training and development support.
- Competitive salary with share options or annual performance bonus.
- Health or sports benefits, extra vacation days, and support for life events.
- Supportive, collaborative, and multicultural team environment.
- Flexible work arrangement and a modern office in central Tallinn.
Our hiring process is straightforward and transparent. It starts with a short screening call, where we get to know each other better and discuss your background.
