- Support and coach multiple teams in Agile and Lean ways of working.
- Facilitate key ceremonies (planning, retrospectives, syncs) or guide teams to run them themselves.
- Help teams grow in autonomy and maturity through delegation, coaching, and mentoring.
- Identify, escalate and remove impediments as well as manage cross-team dependencies.
- Foster strong collaboration with Product Owners, Architects, Engineers, and Business stakeholders.
- Promote transparency through updated boards, dashboards, and flow metrics.
- Drive continuous improvement and strengthen team health and psychological safety.

- Strong facilitation and coaching skills.
