We are looking for person with technical know-how, excellent problem-solving skills and high curiosity on developing our platform even better.

In this role, you’ll bridge business needs and technical solutions, helping us improve our platform and customer experience. You’ll work closely with our developers, product owners, and business teams to identify opportunities and drive real impact.

You’ll be part of our tech team, while your everyday work includes close collaboration with business and product owners.

What you’ll do

• Translate business needs into clear, actionable technical and analytical requirements
• Conduct impact and feasibility analyses to support architectural and development decisions
• Collaborate with developers, data analysts, and product owners to improve system efficiency and business performance
• Play a key role in testing, data analysis, and continuous improvement of our internal processes
• Identify business opportunities through data, helping us operate smarter and scale faster

What we’re looking for: 

• A motivated self-starter with a genuine interest in creating and enabling the best solutions for our customers and deep interest in customer processes and their development 
• Person with analytical and business minded approach

·       Excellent communication and collaboration skills. You can bridge business and tech with ease

·       Experience on working with SQL and analytics tools

·       Understanding of APIs, integrations, or modern cloud environments (e.g. AWS,) is a plus

·       All understanding related to the software development space is seen as a plus. Keywords: Typescript, K8s, React, test automation, Agile, scripting tools, log management & monitoring, documentation tools

• Ability to work independently and courage to make things happen
• Fluency in English and at least basic proficiency in Finnish

We work flexibly in a remote/hybrid model. Occasional on-site days in Helsinki are required to support collaboration with the team.
