Digital Graphic Designer

We’re looking for a Digital graphic designer to join us at Telia.

I’m Aija Rainio, Head of Content & Creatives, and I’m searching for someone ready to grow with us. We’re a supportive, forward-thinking team focused on creating impactful, multi-channel content that accelerates Telia’s brand and consumer business growth while delivering an exceptional, data-driven customer experience.

What you’ll do:

As a Digital Graphic Designer, you:

• Design and implement advertising for both paid and owned media, with a special focus on digital channels.
• Understand digital design conventions and tools
• Enjoy a versatile role where every day can be different, but you don’t shy away from routine tasks either.
• Can conceptualize and produce comprehensive visual solutions across multiple channels, ensuring both brand consistency and a strong customer perspective
  
  

What will help you thrive in this role:

You are an efficient, self-driven Digital Graphic Designer who can identify new opportunities, help us grow, and streamline marketing production. This role is best suited for a graphic designer who has previously worked as a production or digital graphic designer, either in an inhouse creative team or in a creative agency. You have…

• Work experience and/or educational background in graphic design
• Understanding of digital channels and advertising (for example, websites, online stores, self-service platforms, social media, digital advertising, DOOH) and their requirements
• Broad expertise in Adobe Creative Cloud tools
• Willingness to collaborate with different specialists, learn new things, and develop ways of working
• Precise and proactive attitude, and you’re not afraid to roll up your sleeves and get things done
• Ability and willingness to work under time pressure.
  
  

We also value these qualities:

• Familiarity with various creative and project management tools (e.g., Bannerflow, Smartly, different DCO tools, Asana)
• Ability to produce short text content
• Positive and curious attitude towards Generative AI within design
