Key Responsibilities

• Act as a visible leader on site, monitoring progress and continuously promoting safe working practices.
• Coordinate snagging activities across client, consultant, and contractor teams, including schedule management and stakeholder engagement.
• Proactively identify project issues, collaborating with relevant teams to resolve them effectively and efficiently.
• Implement, monitor, and refine core project processes, working closely with the client to drive improvements.
• Lead and participate in essential project meetings, tracking progress, solving challenges, and clearly communicating impacts to key partners.
• Ensure project procedures are implemented and consistently followed throughout the lifecycle.

About You

• Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related discipline (or equivalent practical experience).
• Proven experience managing large-scale construction projects within the Data Centre space (essential)
• Strong understanding of CSA and MEP systems and their interfaces within mission-critical environments.
• Skilled in managing clients, contractors, and vendors, including experience with RFPs, bidding processes, and change control.
• Excellent communicator with strong attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
• Experience working on international projects and collaborating within diverse, inclusive teams.
• Naturally builds strong working relationships through openness, shared objectives, and positive team culture.
