Our SaaS platform powers top creatives across Hollywood, music production, video games, fashion, and more. Since our launch in 2020, we’ve grown to over 200k users worldwide, including prestigious clients like A24, Publicis, Apple, Jacquemus, and BETC. Based in Paris, our 20-person team is scaling fast and we’re just getting started.


We’re now looking for a Machine Learning Engineer to own our model lifecycle end-to-end. You’ll fine-tune and train models, dive into the latest research, experiment with cutting-edge architectures, and deploy production-ready inference systems that bring our platform to life. Tasks

Training models



  • Fine-tune transformer-based models (vision, language, multimodal) on internal datasets.

  • Occasionally train custom models from scratch when off-the-shelf options are not sufficient.

  • Design training pipelines, evaluation methods, and experiments.


Research



  • Monitor the latest AI techniques, architectures, papers, and tooling relevant to our product.

  • Run experiments to compare SOTA approaches and propose improvements.

  • Summarize findings and recommend model updates.


Data & Visualization



  • Explore datasets, run analysis, and produce lightweight data visualizations when needed.

  • Help improve data quality, labeling strategy, and dataset structure.


Production & Infrastructure



  • Deploy and optimize models for production (batch jobs, API endpoints, GPU inference, serverless environments).

  • Build and maintain inference pipelines, monitoring, logging, and performance dashboards.

  • Collaborate with backend and product teams to integrate new AI features.


Requirements

  • Strong experience with Python, PyTorch, and transformer architectures.

  • Hands-on experience with fine-tuning, model training, and evaluation frameworks.

  • Ability to read and synthesize research papers and evaluate new techniques.

  • Familiarity with basic data visualization and data exploration tools (Pandas, Matplotlib, etc.).

  • Curiosity, autonomy, and willingness to explore new AI tools and approaches.


Optional but a plus:



  • Comfortable with cloud environments (AWS preferred), Docker, and production deployment practices.

  • Experience with building or maintaining ML inference pipelines, APIs, or MLOps workflows.
