Affiliate Manager


We are looking for an additional Affiliate Manager to join our growing affiliate team, with experience in online casino or sports betting. You will manage and grow our affiliate partnerships, improve traffic quality, and support the overall acquisition strategy. This role is ideal for someone who understands how iGaming affiliates operate and wants to contribute to a scaling team.


Key Responsibilities


  • Manage and grow affiliate partners in key markets.
  • Monitor traffic, player quality, and campaign performance.
  • Optimize affiliate deals, traffic sources, and acquisition funnels.
  • Negotiate commission models (RS, CPA, Hybrid) and handle non-performing partners.
  • Identify new affiliates and onboard them into the program.
  • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with partners.
  • Track market trends, competitor activity, and new growth opportunities.
  • Collaborate with marketing, product, and analytics teams.
  • Prepare performance reports and insights.


Requirements


  • Experience as an Affiliate Manager in iGaming (casino or betting).
  • Understanding of acquisition metrics, traffic evaluation, and player value.
  • Confident negotiator with strong relationship-building skills.
  • Comfortable with data, reporting, and performance analysis.
  • Ability to work independently and adapt quickly.
  • Good communication skills in English.
