Role Description

This is a contract-based hybrid role for a User Experience Designer based in Riga, with flexibility for remote work. The User Experience Designer will conduct user research, develop user-centered design concepts, create prototypes, and refine visual designs. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams to enhance the overall user experience, ensuring it aligns with both business objectives and user needs. The designer will also engage in design thinking workshops to generate innovative solutions for e-commerce tools and platforms.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Design Thinking and experience in facilitating collaborative, user-centered design activities
• Strong skills in User Research, including gathering insights through interviews, surveys, and usability testing
• Expertise in Visual Design and core User Experience (UX) principles
• Hands-on experience with Prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, or similar
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively across multidisciplinary teams
• Experience in designing for digital platforms, especially in e-commerce or financial technology, is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Design, Human-Computer Interaction (HCI), or a related field is preferred
• Focus on delivering data-driven and user-centric design solutions
