Role Description
This is an on-site, part-time role based in Riga for a Network Support Engineer. The role involves daily troubleshooting and resolving network issues, ensuring consistent network functionality, maintaining network security, and providing technical support to users. The engineer will also assist in optimizing and managing network systems to meet organizational needs.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Network Administration and Network Engineering, including designing, deploying, and managing network systems.
- Strong skills in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to identify and resolve technical network issues effectively.
- Knowledge and experience in Network Security to implement and maintain secure IT networks.
- Ability to adapt to on-site work requirements and contribute effectively as part of a technical support team.
- Relevant certifications such as CCNA or CCNP are mandatory.
- Excellent problem-solving skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
