Role Overview

  We are seeking a FrontEnd Developer with potential to grow into a Full-Stack role. You will be responsible for building modern, efficient, and user-friendly user interfaces, as well as contributing to the overall technical quality of our applications. In this role, you will collaborate closely with designers, business analysts, back-end developers, and the product manager to ensure the successful, high-quality delivery of our products. Over time, you will have the

opportunity to expand your responsibilities toward back-end development and become a versatile full-stack contributor.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain modern, user-friendly, and accessible interfaces.
• Troubleshoot complex UI-related challenges and propose scalable solutions.
• Ensure code quality through regular reviews and best practices.
• Implement new features.
• Test and optimize user interfaces for performance and usability.
• Create and maintain technical documentation related to front-end solutions.
• Participate in project planning, architecture design, and sprint meetings.

Requirements

Education & Experience

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Software Engineering, or a related field or equivalent practical experience.
• Minimum 3 years of front-end development experience.
• Experience with back-end development and willingness to be a full-stack developer would be considered as an advantage.

Technical Skills

• Solid working experience with JavaScript (TypeScript is a strong plus).

• Experience with React or strong motivation to transition into React-based development.

• Experience with modern CSS approaches and UI libraries (e.g., Tailwind, shadcn/ui, or similar).

• Proficiency with Git-based version control.

• Familiarity with frontend testing (unit & E2E, e.g., Jest, Cypress, or similar).

• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and deployment workflows.

• Strong advantage: experience working with PHP/Laravel and SQL databases.

 Other Skills

• Excellent Lithuanian and English language skills.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities; able to make technical decisions both independently and within a team.
• Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment and manage multiple tasks concurrently.
• Capability to effectively convey technical ideas to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Salary Range

• Gross monthly salary: EUR 3,800 to 5,300, depending on skills and experience.
