About The Role
As an HR Delivery Specialist, you’ll be part of SEB Workforce Administration team, responsible for employee's life cycle administration tasks. In our dynamic environment, you’ll be working with a broad range of administrative, operational, and transactional day-to-day cases delivery. Also, your role will include process development and improvements, maintenance of systems, coordination, planning, and follow-up activities. You will work in the environment which encourages proactivity, independence, and self-reliance including collaboration with other specialists in Vilnius.
As a HR Delivery Specialist, you will be responsible to:
- Execute regular and daily HR operations within a specific area, adhering to work instructions and updating them as needed
- Follow up on daily cases in the case management system
- Perform activities according to set guidelines, ensuring accurate internal and external reporting and statistics
- Provide input and support across various projects and initiatives
- Contribute to operational process improvements and test new tools in collaboration with IT
- Escalate unresolved requests and issues appropriately
- Collaborate with HR colleagues to handle requests professionally and maintain good relations with internal and external stakeholders.
- Previous experience working with HR administration and planning systems (e.g. HRO, JIRA)
- Time management & prioritization
- Attention to details
- Great communication skills and fluency in English
- Labour law knowledge would be an advantage
