Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Business Development Manager. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and managing relationships with clients and partners, and developing strategies to drive growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, negotiating deals, creating business proposals, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives. The role also requires regular reporting and analysis to track progress and performance.
Qualifications
- Must have prior experience in Payments and or banking industry of minimum 3 years is required
- Strong expertise in business development, market research, and account management
- Proven skills in client relationship building, networking, and negotiation
- Experience in creating strategies, business proposals, and sales presentations
- Solid understanding of blockchain technology and revenue-sharing platforms
- Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work effectively in a remote team setting and meet deadlines independently
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Previous experience in the technology or blockchain industry is a plus
