Role Overview
We are looking for a Telecommunications Project Manager to join our growing team!
In this role, you will plan, coordinate, and execute telecommunications infrastructure projects within the agreed scope, budget, and timeline. You will oversee project progress, maintain communication with stakeholders, and lead the project team toward successful delivery.
Key Responsibilities
• Plan and manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables
• Lead the full project lifecycle – from tendering (public and private) to project closure
• Prepare cost estimates, technical documentation, and tender submissions
• Draft technical specifications and subcontractor agreements
• Collaborate with suppliers and ensure the quality of outsourced services
• Monitor project progress and report to internal and external stakeholders
• Support and guide project team members in assigned tasks
• Analyze project performance and propose improvement actions
Qualifications & Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (engineering, telecommunications, or construction preferred)
• Proven experience managing telecommunications or infrastructure projects
• Telecommunications qualification certificates – an advantage
• Strong project planning, coordination, and stakeholder management skills
• Excellent organizational, communication (verbal & written), and leadership abilities
• Ability to independently manage complex projects and teams
• Valid driving license
