A high-growth European fintech is looking for a Senior Manager, Treasury to take ownership of its Treasury Management System (TMS) and play a key role in modernising its global treasury operations.

🔍 The Role

You’ll be the go-to expert for all things TMS, leading its implementation, development and ongoing optimisation. This is a strategic, hands-on role where you’ll shape processes, deliver impactful reporting, and partner with senior stakeholders across the business.

You’ll be responsible for:

• Leading and administering the Treasury Management System
• Managing treasury-related projects across the organisation
• Improving processes and enhancing operational efficiency
• Creating meaningful reporting and analytics for treasury and wider teams
• Supporting liquidity management, cash forecasting and payment flows
• Overseeing bank account administration, user permissions and compliance (KYC/FATCA)
• Collaborating with directors and stakeholders on cross-functional initiatives

🎯 What We’re Looking For

• Strong experience implementing and managing a TMS
• Proven project management skills
• Treasury background in fintech or payments (c. 3–5 years)
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Comfortable working independently and driving initiatives forward
• Strong communication skills in English and German
• Tech-savvy-familiar with tools like SAP S/4Hana, SharePoint, MTeams
