We are looking for a Scrum Master for one of our client based in Luxembourg.

  • Freelance contract or permanent contract via a payrolling company
  • Hybrid work model
  • English fluent and basic German level are required
  • Location: Kirchberg


As a Scrum Master, you will play a pivotal role in guiding teams through the transition from traditional delivery models to Agile. This is an opportunity to influence how work gets done, foster collaboration, and enable high-performing teams that deliver real value.

Your missions:

  • Lead and Coach : act as a servant leader, empowering teams to adopt Agile principles and practices. Your guidance will help create a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
  • Enable Team Growth : support teams in becoming self-organized and high-performing. You will see the impact of your work as teams evolve and deliver with confidence.
  • Facilitate with Purpose : lead Agile ceremonies and planning sessions that drive clarity and progress. Your ability to keep priorities aligned will ensure smooth delivery.
  • Collaborate Across Stakeholders : build strong relationships with Product Owners and stakeholders to align goals and priorities. Your role will be key in creating shared understanding and reducing friction.
  • Remove Obstacles : be the trusted problem - solver who clears impediments and ensures teams can focus on delivering value without unnecessary delays.
  • Promote Best Practices : drive adoption of agiles standard and data-driven decision-making. Your insights will help optimize performance and quality.
  • Champion Change : act as a change agent, helping the organization embrace Agile behaviors and mindsets. Your influence will make Agile more than a process - it will become part of the culture.

Your Profile:

  • Certified Scrum Master.
  • Proven experience as Scrum Master or Project Manager in Agile/Scrum environments, ideally in IT or finance.
  • Strong understanding of software lifecycle and operational management.
  • Skilled in facilitation, coaching, conflict resolution, and continuous improvement.
  • Familiarity with tools such as JIRA, Confluence, and Miro.
  • Excellentes communications and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English; basic German required. French or other languages are an advantage.
  • Experience with Temenos Core Banking (T24 or TAP) is considered as an advantage.
