We are seeking an experienced IT Project Manager to join our IT Platform & Virtualization Services division within the Production Informatique (PRI) service. In this role, you'll manage large-scale IT projects, collaborating closely with various teams while ensuring smooth project execution. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to high-impact projects in a dynamic environment.

🤖 Responsabilities and Requirements:

• Participate in the functional analysis and definition of project objectives.
• Plan technical tasks and coordinate their execution.
• Anticipate, identify, and manage project risks.
• Conduct supplier missions and ensure effective project delivery.
• Communicate and monitor project progress regularly.
• Organize inter-team work to ensure project milestones are met.
• Guarantee the successful deployment (MEP) of the project.
• Draft comprehensive project documentation and meeting reports.
• Transfer knowledge effectively to internal teams.
• Manage project closures and ensure all deliverables are completed.

🛠️ Technical Requirements:

• Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in enterprise-level IT projects.
• Previous experience working in large companies with cross-functional teams and managing IT projects.
• Proficiency in MS Project for task and resource management.
• Knowledge of regulatory standards such as RGPD, ISO 27001, etc.
• Strong understanding of IT systems and infrastructures.
• Ability to write clear and concise project documentation.
• Fluent in French and English

➕ Plus:

• Knowledge of Luxembourgish being a plus.
