As Senior Project Manager, you will lead IT and business transformation projects for an international banking client.

You ensure delivery within scope, on time and on budget.

The role requires strong technical skills, leadership, effective stakeholder management and a solid understanding of engineering principles and IT infrastructure.


Responsabilities:


  • Project Leadership: Oversee end-to-end project delivery, defining scope, objectives and key deliverables.
  • Planning & Execution: Develop project plans covering timelines, resources and risks, ensuring compliance with ISP Servitia methodologies.
  • Stakeholder Management: Coordinate communication with sponsors, DBPs, the PMO and technical teams.
  • Governance & Reporting: Lead progress reviews, produce performance reports and ensure KPI and SLA compliance.
  • Risk Management: Identify risks, manage escalations and implement corrective actions.
  • Team Coordination: Lead project teams, foster collaboration and support junior PM development.


Profile:


  • Degree in Engineering, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, networking and system architecture.
  • Ability to translate technical needs into practical business solutions.

Project Management Expertise

  • Proven experience leading large-scale IT projects in banking or financial services.
  • Solid knowledge of PMI, PRINCE2, Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
  • Proficiency with project management tools such as MS Project, Jira and Confluence.

Regulatory & Compliance Knowledge

  • Familiarity with regulatory frameworks (e.g., DORA, GDPR) and IT security standards.
  • Good understanding of security principles and risk management practices.

Technical Skills

  • Strong command of Microsoft 365 and enterprise collaboration platforms.
  • Ability to support troubleshooting of major technical issues.
  • Experience with cloud technologies, cybersecurity and data protection.

Soft Skills

  • Excellent communication, negotiation and stakeholder management skills. Ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Strong customer mindset and problem-solving abilities.


Language

Fluent in French and English; Italian is an asset.
