Are you passionate about driving organizational transformation and fostering an Agile mindset? We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach to lead our transition from Waterfall to Agile practices and empower teams to deliver business value with agility.
Your Mission:
âś” Adapt Agile methods to our company context
âś” Collaborate with the CIO to deploy Agile frameworks
âś” Coach teams and train future internal Agile coaches
âś” Organize and deliver Agile training across business and production teams
âś” Implement techniques and dashboards to measure progress
âś” Drive measurable impact on productivity and processes
What We’re Looking For:
âś… Certified in Scrum/Kanban
âś… Strong experience in Lean, Agile practices, and Change Management
âś… Background in IT Banking, Funds, or Insurance
âś… Fluent in French & English
âś… Knowledge of DevSecOps and IT processes
Environment:
đź’» Laptop provided | Microsoft Office Suite
