Are you passionate about driving organizational transformation and fostering an Agile mindset? We’re looking for an experienced Agile Coach to lead our transition from Waterfall to Agile practices and empower teams to deliver business value with agility.

Your Mission:

✔ Adapt Agile methods to our company context

✔ Collaborate with the CIO to deploy Agile frameworks

✔ Coach teams and train future internal Agile coaches

✔ Organize and deliver Agile training across business and production teams

✔ Implement techniques and dashboards to measure progress

✔ Drive measurable impact on productivity and processes

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Certified in Scrum/Kanban

✅ Strong experience in Lean, Agile practices, and Change Management

✅ Background in IT Banking, Funds, or Insurance

✅ Fluent in French & English

✅ Knowledge of DevSecOps and IT processes

Environment:

💻 Laptop provided | Microsoft Office Suite

🌍 Languages: French & English
