- Administration, maintenance, and updates of Antimalware/EDR platforms
- Technical reference for system and security teams
- Adjustment of exclusions, policies, and advanced settings
- Follow-up with vendors (in English)
- Technology watch on new features
- Participation in daily operations and projects
- Handling of Level 3 tickets Documentation writing and knowledge transfer
