You'll work alongside senior architects and industry experts who've spent decades mastering their craft. You'll learn by building, not by watching.

As a trainee, you contribute to real projects from day one. You'll help build the data foundations that make intelligent systems possible. You'll see how business logic gets captured and turned into automated decisiveness.

• Building reliable data pipelines with Python, Spark, and SQL
• Working with Delta Lakehouse architecture on Databricks
• Understanding data contracts, quality guarantees, and governance
• Translating business requirements into technical solutions
• Collaborating in a team that bridges business and IT

• You're pursuing a relevant master's degree (Computer Science, Data Science, Econometrics, Business Analytics, or similar)
• You have basic Python and SQL skills
• You're available 16-24 hours per week
• You can work from our office at least 2 days per week
• You speak English fluently; Dutch is a plus
• You're authorized to work in the Netherlands (we don't offer visa sponsorship)
