What you'll do

  • Design exceptional customer experiences across TomTom's digital ecosystem, flawlessly bridging buyer experiences (TomTom.com, demos, specials) and developer-focused touchpoints (API, SDK and map data documentation, interactive playgrounds, user dashboards)
  • Shape and own visual direction for diverse user journeys-from developers integrating APIs to decision-makers, procurement teams, evaluating solutions
  • Bridge technical and commercial experiences, ensuring great customer experience from awareness, evaluation, purchase, usage and retention
  • Transform complex technical concepts and product value propositions into customer focused, intuitive, accessible interfaces through visual storytelling
  • Design conversion-optimized experiences for buyer journeys while maintaining exceptional usability
  • Partner with product, engineering, marketing, sales, and developer relations to shape solutions driven by user research and business insights
  • Design conversion-optimized experiences for the buyer journeys
  • Advocate for design excellence and best practices across both commercial and developer experiences
  • Contribute to and elevate TomTom's brand identity and design system, creating reusable patterns that scale across diverse UIs and use cases
  • Mentor designers through design critiques and knowledge sharing

What you'll need

  • Bachelors or Master's degree in UX / UI Design or related field
  • Recent 5+ years of experience solving B2B Customer Experience challenges, through inspiring visuals, digital solutions and Web UIs
  • Highly desired previous experience working on digital transformation and change management projects in agencies or consultancies
  • Strong portfolio demonstrating successfully developed and shipped conversion-focused experiences such as interactive developer content, inspiring demos and product marketing pages
  • Proven ability to design for diverse audiences: technical developers, designers, business buyers and procurement stakeholders
  • Systematic approach to design with proven experience building and maintaining scalable design system
  • Understanding of conversion optimization, user psychology, and persuasive design alongside usability principles
  • Ability to balance business goals, technical constraints, and user needs
  • Hands-on expertise with modern design tools (Figma) and understanding of front-end technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
  • Resourceful and solution oriented, comfortable switching context, flexibility to adapt to a fluid landscape and deliver value fast
  • Strong ownership and time-management from discovery through delivery, managing multiple initiatives simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and stakeholder management skills across different levels of technical and commercial teams
  • Curiosity, drive for experimentation and personal growth.
  • Proactive and a positive attitude
