Join our dynamic team and help shape the future as we're seeking for a talented Infrastructure Engineer. As an Infrastructure Engineer, your key responsibilities include managing and maintaining servers' hardware and operating systems, network, storage, and our Kubernetes clusters. You'll also handle OS maintenance, monitoring, and patching, along with Kubernetes upgrades. Your role extends to creating Kubernetes credentials for DevOps, DBAs, and developers. You'll work within a collaborative team overseeing the software stack cluster that underpins our company's products. We operate in an agile environment, utilizing methods like Scrum and Kanban. Your close collaboration with business teams, developers, and third-party partners will be crucial for delivering rapid business value.

A Sneak Peek into Your Role

• Perform daily System Administrator tasks.
• Ensure the proper operation of IT systems in the designated responsibility domain, minimizing downtime.
• Integrate, create, and maintain tools and scripts for task automation.
• Participate in designing the network structure, including configuring hardware devices.
• Manage problem resolution by analyzing frequently occurring issues and addressing root causes.
• Configure and optimize servers that run virtual machines, containers, databases, and other applications.
• Set up, test, monitor, and document technologies and evaluate and recommend new tools and technologies
• Test and perform system software upgrades.
• Be prepared for occasional work outside normal hours during emergencies.

You’re good at

• Ideally, you've gained at least 1-2 years of Linux server administration experience.
• Proficient in monitoring and resolving incidents in critical systems, with the ability to troubleshoot basic software issues through the command-line interface.
• Skilled in addressing network and network security challenges.
• Familiarity with scripting and automation tools such as Ansible, Terraform, Shell, Python, etc.
• Proficient at documenting system rollouts and updates.
• Capable of investigating and analyzing information to draw conclusions.
• A quick learner with the ability to support new systems and applications.
• Personal characteristics: exceptional oral and written communication skills, a collaborative team player, results-oriented with strategic thinking, proactive and skilled at handling pressure, proficient in multitasking, and effective at conveying complex information to non-technical audiences with clarity.
• Fluency in verbal and written communication in English is essential, as it's our primary means of interaction.
