As a Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful rollout and execution of projects within the EVM portfolio. You will ensure smooth delivery of technical, infrastructure, and engineering-related initiatives while contributing to the development and continuous improvement of project management processes.
This position requires strong coordination, stakeholder management, and the ability to drive projects to completion within scope, budget, and quality expectations.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage and deliver assigned projects on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards.
- Oversee projects such as End-of-Life system replacements, lab/clean room refurbishments, equipment lifecycle initiatives, and technical feasibility studies.
- Review and approve project management and technical documentation, including project plans, URS, planning, risk assessments, cost calculations, and resource planning.
- Support project leads when needed and act in accordance with RACI expectations.
- Manage and maintain project portfolio tools.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for internal stakeholders and project sponsors.
- Support onboarding of external contractor project leads.
- Drive continuous improvement of the project management system.
- Provide timely data on budgets, resources, and timelines to the project portfolio manager.
- Support annual Capex budgeting and perform ongoing budget control throughout the year.
- Set project priorities and align them with relevant departments to optimize resources and technical assets.
- Deliver project management training to the EVM team and external project contractors, including onboarding.
- Provide PMS training and guidance to internal customers.
