The Head of Engineering will lead backend, frontend, DevOps, and infrastructure teams while partnering closely with the CTO, Head of AI, and CPO.
This role requires exceptional accountability, rigorous time management, and a proven ability to meet deadlines without fail.

Key Responsibilities
- Own engineering execution, system design, and architecture.
- Ensure secure, scalable, high-availability systems.
- Lead the transition to AI-native platform infrastructure.
- Build and mentor engineering teams with a high-performance culture.
- Maintain strict discipline in delivery, planning, and deadlines.
- Drive CI/CD, DevOps, automation, observability.
- 7+ years in software engineering; 3+ years in leadership.
- Deep expertise in cloud systems, microservices, and distributed systems.
- Strong DevOps background (Docker, Kubernetes).
- Proven ability to deliver on time with precision.
- Strong communication and team leadership ability.
