Role Overview

The Head of AI will build and lead C-MORE’s AI strategy, systems, and transformation into a fully AI-native platform. This role requires curiosity, innovation, technical depth, and operational discipline.

This role requires exceptional accountability, rigorous time management, and a proven ability to meet deadlines without fail.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead C-MORE’s AI strategy and model development.
• Build agent-based systems (including using latest LLMs, context engineering, RAG)
• Ensure AI accuracy, scalability, and performance.
• Integrate AI deeply into the C-MORE SaaS.
• Oversee data governance and AI compliance.
• Mentor and grow a world-class AI team.
  
  
  

Key Qualifications

• 5+ years in AI/ML/data engineering.
• Strong experience with LLMs.
• Experience deploying ML systems at scale.
• Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
