Key Responsibilities
- Lead C-MORE’s AI strategy and model development.
- Build agent-based systems (including using latest LLMs, context engineering, RAG)
- Ensure AI accuracy, scalability, and performance.
- Integrate AI deeply into the C-MORE SaaS.
- Oversee data governance and AI compliance.
- Mentor and grow a world-class AI team.
- 5+ years in AI/ML/data engineering.
- Strong experience with LLMs.
- Experience deploying ML systems at scale.
- Proven ability to meet deadlines consistently.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- Has built an agent that processes data and knows challenges we will face
