- Develop and collaborate on various HR strategic projects', such as Organizational Structure, Job Evaluation and Description, Job Architecture, Competence Model, Frameworks, Leadership Development, Performance Management, Career Paths and others
- Design and implement HR operation models and organizational structures
- Manage project activities and timelines to ensure the delivery of the scope and quality to internal clients
- Analyze data to develop insights , and prepare presentations and reports using Excel and PowerPoint
- Draft and review documents that consolidate information to support process definitions, trends and policies development
- Collaborating in the implementation and integration of human resources systems, ensuring they meet the needs and support the execution of HR policies
- Facilitating and implementing a structured communication among all project stakeholders
- Analyze collected data and prepare comprehensive reports to provide relevant and reliable information for informed decision-making
- Support the design and maintenance of compensation and benefits frameworks, including salary structures, job leveling, total rewards strategies, and benefits programs
- Assist in the annual reward processes: salary reviews, bonus cycles, and promotion reviews
- Conduct market research and internal equity checks by using survey data and internal analysis to provide recommendations
- Contribute to compensation and benefits communications and reporting – helping prepare materials for managers, supporting process improvements in HR systems, and producing reports to track key reward metrics
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Management or comparable work experience
- Proven experience working in HR or related role for minimum 3 years
- Strong analytical skills, problem-solving and results driven abilities
- Excellent communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office 365
- Curiosity or experience on Big Data topics
- Great English skills, both written and spoken
