🔎 About the Role
We are looking for an Intermediate Data Scientist with strong technical expertise and hands-on experience in Celonis, capable of delivering high-quality analytical solutions in a global and collaborative environment. The ideal candidate combines knowledge of machine learning, data engineering, and process mining, with strong problem-solving and communication skills.
🎯 Key Responsibilities
- Develop analytical models (regression, classification, clustering, ML over structured data).
- Write clean and efficient analytical code in Python or R.
- Prepare detailed business process reports using Celonis insights.
- Execute corrections, optimizations, and improvements on the Celonis platform.
- Conduct functional and technical analysis to onboard new processes into Celonis.
- Build and optimize data pipelines leveraging Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
- Ensure high-quality, reliable deliverables aligned with business needs.

- Degree in Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, or similar.
- Up to 5 years of experience as a Data Scientist.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work in global teams.
- Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proven experience developing machine learning models (Python, R or SAS).
- Experience deploying ML models to production and managing their life cycle.
- Knowledge of relational and NoSQL databases.
- Excellent SQL proficiency.
- Celonis Certification (mandatory).
- Proven experience in Celonis implementations and platform usage.
- Experience building data pipelines using Azure Data Factory and Databricks.
- Fluency in English (written and spoken).
- Knowledge of Energy & Utilities sector and GDPR.
- Experience with Agile methodologies, JIRA, and Confluence.
- Knowledge of Portuguese or Spanish.
