Main Tasks/Responsibilities
- Collect, integrate, and consolidate data from various sources (ERP, CRM, marketing, after-sales, OEMs).
- Develop and maintain management dashboards and reports (Power BI or equivalent), aligned with the needs of commercial teams and management.
- Ensure the quality, integrity, and consistency of internal data and external reporting.
- Act as the organization’s data champion — the internal reference for metrics, indicators, and analytical methodologies.
- Support the functional development of the Customer Portal, in coordination with IT, marketing, commercial teams, and central teams.
- Monitor the evolution and integration of the CRM, promoting best practices in usage and information quality.
- Support OEMs and other entities with structured and reliable reports and analyses.
- Identify opportunities for automation, improvement, and innovation in data management processes.
- Ensure the security and confidentiality of the information under your responsibility.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Statistics, Management, Economics, Mathematics, or Information Systems.
- Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Analysis, or CRM.
- Strong command of Power BI, SQL, and advanced Excel.
- Basic knowledge of data integration.
- Advanced user of Excel and Power BI (mandatory).
- Advanced user of Salesforce (preferred).
- Experience with SAP (preferred).
- Advanced level of English and basic level of Spanish (mandatory).
- Strong analytical curiosity and data-driven mindset.
- Good communication skills and ability to clearly explain insights.
- Ability to simplify complex concepts and present them in a clear, structured manner.
