What You’ll Be Doing
- Coordinate interviews across time zones and ensure clear communication between candidates and hiring teams.
- Prepare interview schedules, confirmations, and related documentation with accuracy and care.
- Maintain candidate data and job requisitions within the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
- Support recruitment campaigns through job postings, background checks, and onboarding coordination.
- Assist with reporting, data accuracy, and compliance tracking for recruitment metrics.
- Collaborate closely with recruiters, sourcers, and hiring managers to ensure smooth recruitment operations.
- Contribute to employer branding activities and support communications across hiring campaigns.
- 1-3 years’ experience in recruitment coordination or HR administrative support within a fast-paced or international environment.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms (e.g., ICIMS, Greenhouse, Workday) and scheduling tools such as Outlook or Google Calendar.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-oriented approach.
- Comfortable working independently and remotely as part of a distributed, multicultural team.
- Commitment to accuracy, collaboration, and creating positive candidate experiences.
- Fluent French, English language skills and ideally one other language (Spanish, Italian, Polish ect..)
