An insight to the role

• Lead cross-functional projects from design to industrialization and mass production.
• Coordinate multidisciplinary teams across multiple Datamars sites.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, and ensure resource allocation in collaboration with team leaders.
• Drive stakeholder satisfaction through clear communication, conflict management, and transparency.
• Apply best practices in Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies using tools like Jira, MS Project, and Confluence.
• Support product launch and industrialization plans with marketing, product management, and supply chain teams.

Key success factors

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Electronics, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of project management experience, in particular managing hardware and/or software development projects.
• Understanding of embedded systems, cloud platforms, and mobile applications.
• Excellent organizational, leadership, and communication skills.
• Resilience and strong ability to anticipate risks and adapt to changes.
• Fluent in English; other languages are a plus, in particular Italian.
