Requirements

We are looking for an experienced AI/ML Engineer to work on cutting edge solutions for the industrial robotic domain. The ideal candidate combines strong ML and software-engineering foundations with hands-on expertise in data analysis, ML approaches evaluation and building production ready solutions.

Required:

• Master’s / Ph.D. in Computer Science, Data Science, Applied Mathematics, or a related field
• 5+ years of experience in software or ML engineering
• Strong Python programming skills and experience with ML/AI stacks
• Hands-on experience with LLM APIs (OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral, Hugging Face)
• Familiarity with agent frameworks (LangChain, DSPy, CrewAI, LangGraph)
• Knowledge of cloud AI platforms (Vertex AI, SageMaker, Azure OpenAI) and MLOps principles
• Practical understanding of data engineering (ETL, data cleaning, schema structuring)
• Excellent problem-solving skills
• Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.

• Experience with Multi-Agent Reinforcement Learning (PyMARL)
• Experience in fine-tuning or adapting LLMs.
  
  
  

Job responsibilities

Job Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with software engineers and product managers to deliver end-to-end ML solutions
• Participate in evaluation and analysis of AI-driven solutions for industry applications
• Collaborate with data engineers on ETL and knowledge ingestion pipelines
• Support pre-sales PoCs and cross-functional demos showcasing AI/ML capabilities.
