You will build and maintain applications that support our intelligent solutions, ranging from real-time data processing to scalable cloud platforms. Your work will have a direct and visible impact in real-world operations.
What you will do
Bij BauWatch Technology, de innovatieve R&D- en software development-afdeling van de BauWatch Group, ontwikkelen we de technologie achter onze geavanceerde beveiligingsoplossingen. Ons team van ongeveer 30 engineers werkt in scrum teams met elk hun eigen focus, waarbij we passie delen voor IoT, domotica en slimme technologieën.
Wat ons uniek maakt? Naast het bouwen van baanbrekende software in een informele en dynamische omgeving, houden we van gezelligheid! Van epische Halloween- en kerstfeesten tot onze eigen Slack-bot die elke donderdag de lunch bestelt – we combineren hard werken met plezier.

As a Golang Developer, you will work in a dynamic and innovative team developing the software that drives our security systems. You will build and maintain applications that support our intelligent solutions, ranging from real-time data processing to scalable cloud platforms. Your work will have a direct and visible impact in real-world operations.
What you will do
- Develop and optimise software for the BauWatch security platform.
- Work with modern technologies such as Golang, Docker, Kubernetes and AMQP.
- Integrate smart sensors and AI-powered cameras into our systems.
- Collaborate with developers, engineers and security specialists.
- Test, refine and implement solutions with immediate operational value.
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Experience with Golang, or a strong background in C/C++ and the ambition to learn Go.
- Familiarity with REST APIs, microservices, Docker and Kubernetes.
- A problem-solving mindset with a pragmatic and future-oriented approach.
- Strong communication skills and motivation to grow.
