What You'll Ship
- Understand user behavior and product performance from both technical and business perspectives to identify improvement opportunities
- Conduct market and competitive research to support new product development and roadmaps
- Coordinate across product, engineering, design, support teams, and external partners
- Strong understanding of development lifecycle and user needs
- Radical ownership
- Enthusiasm to solve complex user problems
- You need to be available to work onsite during summer (July-August). The number of onsite days may vary by team
- This is a full-time position for recent graduates or senior students from Engineering or related fields
- Takes full ownership — doesn’t wait, just solves
- Questions assumptions and rebuilds from first principles
- Balances speed and quality — ships fast, but always clean
- Collaborates across teams; communicates clearly, with intention and precision
