What You’ll Be Doing:

* Developing and maintaining new gameplay, UI, and live event features for our cross-platform football management experience available on both web and mobile.

* Building responsive, high-performance interfaces that bring gameplay, stats, and live events to life for thousands of players.

* Designing and integrating APIs that connect player progress, rewards, leaderboards, and in-game economy systems.

* Collaborating closely with designers, game developers, and backend engineers to deliver seamless end-to-end functionality.

* Ensuring platform scalability, stability, and security across web and mobile environments.

* Continuously improving code quality, optimizing performance, and contributing to deployment and release processes.

Required Technical Skills:

* Node.js backend development experience

* Next.js fullstack application development (App Router preferred)

* MongoDB and Mongoose database management

* Redis caching and session management

* REST API design and development

* React.js and modern component architecture

* JavaScript/TypeScript programming

* Jest testing framework experience

Advanced Technical Requirements

* Distributed MongoDB replica set management

* Distributed Redis cluster configuration

* Distributed lock systems implementation

* Optimistic updates and conflict resolution

* MongoDB optimization (indexing, aggregation, query optimization)

* High-performance React components (memoization, virtualization)

* State management (Context API, Jotai)

* CSS/JavaScript animations and transitions
