What to expect from this position at VavaCars:
- Manage the relationship and operations with an external payroll provider, ensuring accuracy and compliance
- Prepare the monthly accrual report and collaborate with the Finance team to ensure accurate month-end closing
- Manage compensation packages and bonus programs aligned with the company's strategic objectives when necessary
- Update compensation plans to include both monetary and non-monetary benefits tailored to employee needs
- Collaborate with the Central Finance team to manage and optimize the compensation and benefits budget
- Regularly review prevailing pay rates to ensure alignment with market standards
- Develop and maintain accurate job descriptions, job analyses, and job classifications
- Structure compensation frameworks to maximize organizational value and employee satisfaction
- Assess and report on the impact and effectiveness of employee benefit programs
- Manage and track the HR budget
What you will bring
- Experience as a Compensation and Benefits Executive or similar role
- Hands-on experience with HRIS or payroll software
- Knowledge of building compensation packages and bonus programs for various departments and seniority levels
- Good understanding of job evaluation and job analysis systems
- Good analytical skills
- Familiarity with labor legislation
- Experience of managing benefits (Meal Allowence, health insurance, fuel allowance, company cars)
- BSc in Human Resources Management, Finance or relevant field
