Responsibilities
- Support workforce planning and conduct hiring needs analysis.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment processes (job postings, sourcing, interviews, offers, onboarding).
- Develop and improve HR policies and procedures (leave management, birthday leave, remote work, performance & disciplinary processes, etc.).
- Organize performance evaluation cycles and provide guidance to managers.
- Create and implement employee engagement and retention initiatives.
- Coordinate documentation and communication related to payroll and benefits.
- Lead offboarding processes, including exit interviews.
- Prepare and support company documentation (visa letters, official documents, internal guidelines).
- Handle daily HR operations and reporting.
- HR experience in tech companies or fast-paced environments is a strong plus
- Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment and HR operations.
- Knowledge of Labor Law, SGK procedures and leave management.
- Excellent communication skills and a strong ability to represent the company to both candidates and employees.
- Proactive, solution-oriented, and highly organized.
- Proficient in MS Office and digital HR tools.
- Good command of written and reading English.
