We’re looking for a Project Manager to join our product team and help us plan, organize, and deliver engaging educational experiences for students.

Our mission is to make learning joyful, inclusive, and playful for students of all ages. As part of our team, you’ll collaborate closely with designers, illustrators, motion designers, sound designers, developers, and educators to ensure smooth workflows, clear communication, and well-planned project cycles.

What You’ll Do

• Work closely with product designers, illustrators, motion designers, sound designers, interaction designers, and developers.
• Support improvements to internal processes, communication, and cross-team collaboration.
• Track progress across multiple projects and follow up where needed.
• Identify risks early and communicate them clearly to the team.
• Remove blockers and help teams stay focused on priorities.
• Prepare realistic estimations based on project scope and team availability.
• Prioritize and sequence work to support efficient and predictable delivery.
• Maintain Trello board.
• Ensure all teams have well-defined tasks, clear requirements, and the resources they need.
• Share structured updates with stakeholders.
• Prepare and maintain documentation related to planning, processes, and handoffs.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Product Owner, Coordinator, or a similar role.
• Understanding of design and development pipelines, including UX/UI, illustration, motion, and engineering.
• Experience with Trello, Jira, Notion, or other project management tools.
• Strong communication, planning, and organizational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable working fully remotely.
• Background in digital product teams, game development, or creative/digital agencies (a plus).
• Fluency in English and Polish.
