Responsibilities
- Lead and manage all activities related to the final phases of a project, ensuring a seamless handover to operations.
- Develop and execute comprehensive project completion and close-out plans.
- Coordinate final testing, commissioning, and start-up activities.
- Ensure all project documentation, including as-built drawings and manuals, is complete and accurate.
- Manage the resolution of punch lists and outstanding issues with contractors and vendors.
- Facilitate the final acceptance and sign-off from clients and stakeholders.
- Oversee the financial close-out of the project, including final payments and contract settlements.
- Prepare and present final project reports, capturing lessons learned for future initiatives.
- Extensive experience in project management, specifically in project completion, commissioning, and handover stages.
- Strong background in managing large-scale, complex projects.
- Demonstrated ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and manage stakeholders effectively.
- In-depth knowledge of project close-out procedures and best practices.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to negotiate and influence.
- A relevant higher education degree in engineering, project management, or a similar discipline.
