Global Workplace Services Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale, strategic programs with activities spanning multiple teams and business partners
- Partner closely with executive sponsors to define scope, execute, and operationalize programs
- Define program objectives and key results that ladder up to pillar and organizational priorities
- Drive program teams to ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives

- Application of problem-solving skills to challenge the status quo and develop efficient workflows and engagement models
- Represent organizatgion with company leadership and external partners
- 12+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, or similar roles in tech or business services
- Proven track record of developing tailored strategic communications, experience presenting complex ideas to leadership and executive audiences
- Experience leading meetings and driving outcomes, building partnerships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in change management and operationalizing programs with operational teams
- Demonstrated success working with international and cross-regional teams
- Highly organized, responsive, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- Experience operating autonomously across multiple teams, with demonstrated critical thinking and thought leadership
- BA/BS degree or equivalent
- Experience leading global programs with cross-regional partners
- Background in Corporate Real Estate or Workplace Services organizations
- Prior consulting experience
- Experience working in high-growth companies

$172,000/year to $241,000/year + bonus + equity + benefits
