Job Summary:The Project Manager/BA supports a large-scale Cash Management and Deposits initiative within the bank’s U.S. Regulatory & Business Initiatives group. This high-visibility role partners closely with senior stakeholders, business leaders, technology teams, and executive-level sponsors. The successful candidate will manage end-to-end delivery of project scope, lead requirements gathering, support testing cycles, and drive cross-functional alignment to ensure regulatory and business goals are achieved.Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop, monitor, and manage project budgets, schedules, scope, and plans across multiple workstreams.
  • Oversee and coordinate project staffing, including onboarding, coaching, and guiding teams to meet deliverables.
  • Partner with business stakeholders to define, analyze, and document business requirements.
  • Lead development teams to deliver high-quality technical solutions that align with business needs.
  • Create test plans, support testing cycles, and ensure defect-free product delivery before UAT.
  • Facilitate User Acceptance Testing, including rollout planning and deployment coordination.
  • Conduct cost-benefit analysis and present insights to leadership and steering committees.
  • Ensure all project management and SDLC processes are followed.
  • Prepare and deliver project updates, presentations, and reporting to senior stakeholders.
  • Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams, vendors, and executive leadership.
Required Experience:
  • 8+ years as a Project Manager, partnering closely with business teams
  • 5+ years working with senior stakeholders and executive audiences
  • 5+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • Previous experience supporting User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
  • 5+ years of hands-on experience with MS Project
  • Strong ability to manage complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives
Nice-to-Have Experience:
  • Capital Markets experience
  • Experience with Wire Payments and Deposits
  • Previous work in a Financial Institution environment
Required Skills:
  • Project planning and project budgeting
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • Stakeholder engagement and executive communication
Preferred Skills:
  • Knowledge of Capital Markets workflows
  • Wire Payments and Deposits experience
  • Ability to communicate with senior leadership in a polished and professional manner
Additional Skills:
  • Ability to manage competing priorities in dynamic environments
  • Strong presentation skills for committees and sponsors
  • Ability to learn business processes quickly
