We are seeking a highly analytical and detail-oriented Client Data & Insights Analyst to support client data management, reporting, and insight generation for Cartier North America. This role will partner closely with the Senior Manager of Client Data & Insights and cross-functional teams to analyze client performance, maintain data integrity, and deliver insights that drive loyalty, acquisition, and engagement across retail and digital channels.
This position is ideal for someone with strong business acumen, experience working with client or customer datasets, and the ability to translate data into meaningful recommendations. This is a contract position - not available for C2C.
Client Data & KPI Management
- Support client data strategy and initiatives across Cartier North America.
- Identify, analyze, and interpret key client KPIs and activation performance.
- Set up, maintain, and report on KPIs for field and corporate stakeholders.
- Partner with retail teams to ensure accurate data capture, segmentation, and reporting needs are met.
- Maintain clean, accurate databases through ongoing data governance, quality monitoring, cleansing, and updates.
Reporting & Insights
- Develop, maintain, and optimize client data dashboards using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
- Own the reporting distribution cadence and ensure timely delivery of recurring insights.
- Translate data into clear, actionable insights to support recruitment, retention, and engagement opportunities for the brand.
- Provide insights using data prepared by data engineering teams—focus on business interpretation rather than system-level processing.
- Prepare and deliver reporting for key initiatives from headquarters and internal stakeholders.
- Ensure adherence to data governance, compliance, and security requirements in partnership with the Data Solutions team.
- Support improvements in data collection processes, segmentation practices, and overall data hygiene.
- Utilize SQL (basic coding) and advanced Excel for ad-hoc analysis and reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Partner with Client Engagement/Development, Communication Activations, Retail Operations, Commercial Performance, Product Marketing, Strategic Planning, Business & Data Solutions, and the broader commercial network.
- Work directly with field teams and retail leadership—experience with brick-and-mortar retail environments is a strong plus.
Education & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing Analytics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in data analytics, client analytics, or customer insights.
- Experience supporting retail organizations is a plus.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel.
- Working knowledge of visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, Looker).
- Experience with Salesforce and basic SQL is highly preferred.
- Strong communication, storytelling, and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently, apply critical thinking, and collaborate across diverse business functions.
- Strong time management, organization, and problem-solving abilities.
- Tech-savvy, adaptable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
