Corporate Governance Manager is responsible for managing the organization’s governance frameworks with a focus on the Delegation of Authority (DOA), system-based approval workflows, and governance automation. Oversees system configuration, periodic updates, and alignment across SAP S/4HANA, BTP, and SuccessFactors. Leads a team of 5 to ensure compliance, control efficiency, and process transparency.


Key Responsibilities:


• Lead the design, implementation, and continuous improvement of the Delegation of Authority (DOA) framework.

• Manage system configuration of approval workflows across SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP SuccessFactors.

• Oversee periodic reviews and updates of DOA matrices to align with organizational changes and policies.

• Collaborate with Supply Chain, Finance, HR, Legal, and IT to ensure seamless integration of approval processes.

• Maintain the DOA archive, change logs, and official communication with the organization.

• Lead and mentor a team of 5 governance analysts, providing guidance, performance management, and development.

• Conduct compliance testing and control validations related to DOA execution and system workflows.

• Coordinate with internal and external auditors to ensure GRC alignment and remediate findings.

• Drive digital transformation initiatives using SAP BTP tools and workflow automation for governance efficiency.

• Work closely with C Suite for requirement gathering and ensuring internal controls are in place.

• Strong understanding of RACI matrix.


Experience:


• Minimum 8 years of professional experience in corporate governance, compliance, or related functions.

• At least 5 years in a managerial or supervisory role leading governance, DOA, or ERP workflow teams.

• Proven experience with SAP S/4HANA, SAP BTP, and SAP SuccessFactors configuration and workflow management.

• Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams (Finance, HR, Supply Chain, IT, Legal).

• GCC experience is a plus.


Qualifications:


• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Finance, Accounting, IT, or a related field.

• Professional certification in Corporate Governance, Risk Management, or SAP is a plus.

• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and mentoring abilities.
