About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Technical Architect to design, deliver, and oversee Salesforce solutions that support complex business processes and customer transformation initiatives. The ideal candidate will translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions, provide technical leadership, and mentor development teams to ensure the successful implementation of Salesforce projects.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the architecture and design of Salesforce solutions, ensuring alignment with business objectives and industry best practices.
- Gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications.
- Develop comprehensive technical designs, including data models, integration strategies, and custom development solutions.
- Provide expert guidance and mentorship to development teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct code reviews to ensure adherence to coding standards and optimization best practices.
- Oversee implementation and configuration of Salesforce components, including custom objects, workflows, triggers, validation rules, and Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and recommend solutions to enhance system performance and user experience.
- Stay up to date with the latest Salesforce features, releases, and industry trends, and guide teams to adopt them effectively.
- Act as a subject matter expert, providing technical guidance to stakeholders, project managers, and teams.
- Ensure seamless integration with other systems using platforms such as Mulesoft, Dell Boomi, or Informatica.
Required Skills & Experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field, or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of experience delivering Salesforce solutions, including complex enterprise implementations.
- Proven track record as a Salesforce Technical Architect.
- Relevant Salesforce certifications such as Certified Technical Architect (CTA), System Architect, or Application Architect.
- Deep knowledge of Salesforce platform features, capabilities, and limitations.
- Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and other Salesforce development tools.
- Strong understanding of integration patterns and experience with REST, SOAP, JSON, XML, etc.
- Experience with DevOps tools and processes (JIRA, Bitbucket, Bamboo, etc.)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex business processes into technical solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholders.
- Experience leading and mentoring development teams.
- Familiarity with Agile methodologies and working in Agile teams.
- Experience with data migration, data management strategies, and Salesforce best practices.
- Expertise in Design Patterns, Architectural Styles, and enterprise-scale solution design.
Preferred Experience
- Previous experience in consulting environments or professional services.
- Exposure to large-scale digital transformation or CRM projects.
- Background in integrating Salesforce with on-premises systems and other enterprise platforms.
