We are looking for a hands-on Site Engineer / Project Manager who can lead our on-site operations with discipline, ownership, and attention to detail.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage day-to-day site operations.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, consultants, and clients.
• Prepare and manage schedules, progress reports, and documentation.
• Review technical drawings and ensure work aligns with design specifications.
• Prepare and verify cost estimations, BOQs, and project budgets.
• Monitor site progress and resolve technical or logistical issues as they arise.
• Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety standards, and quality benchmarks.
• Conduct regular site inspections and produce progress reports.
• Participate in procurement and value engineering processes when needed.
• Liaise closely with clients and internal teams to manage expectations and deliverables.
• Ensure safety, quality, and compliance standards are met.

Requirements:

• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in interior fit-out project management.
• Proven on-site experience in managing high-end commercial and/or residential fit-out projects.
• Strong technical understanding of interior finishes, joinery, MEP coordination, and material specifications.
• Solid experience in cost estimation and budgeting.
• Proficient in reading and interpreting architectural and technical drawings.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Fluency in English is mandatory; Arabic is a plus.
• Must be currently based in Qatar with valid QID and driving license.
• Degree in Architecture, Interior Design, or related field preferred.
