We have plenty of amazing workspaces you can choose from: our awesome headquarters in Vilnius, and super cool hubs in Kaunas, Klaipėda, and Riga!
For Vilnius: 4 days onsite, 1 flexible day remote. Meanwhile, in Kaunas: onsite, hybrid, or remote options are available depending on the role.

Get ready to
- Identify new product opportunities by analyzing internal workflows & market best practices
- Deeply understand user needs through interviews & continuous feedback
- Build business cases and roadmaps for larger initiatives
- Define & track KPIs focusing on adoption, usage, and business value
- Align priorities with stakeholders and translate requirements for engineering
- Lead grooming & planning sessions and ensure on-time delivery
- Drive internal launches and promote product adoption
- Coordinate documentation, training, and (if needed) external vendors
- Ability to identify root problems, challenge assumptions, and make data-informed decisions
- Skill in conducting user interviews, validating hypotheses, and transforming insights into improvements
- Comfort working with KPIs, funnels, effort–value analysis, and product metrics
- Ability to communicate complex topics clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
- Experience aligning teams, managing competing priorities, and maintaining transparency
- Strong skills in structuring requirements, maintaining a clean backlog, and ensuring task readiness
- Proactive approach to tracking progress, removing blockers, and ensuring timely delivery
- Curiosity, ownership, and initiative to find opportunities and drive them end-to-end
