About The Role
We’re hiring a Mobile App UI/UX Designer who lives in Figma and is fluent with Figma AI. Adobe XD knowledge is compulsory, along with confidence in other design tools. You’ll craft consumer-grade Android/iOS experiences end-to-end—wireframes, design systems, prototypes, and crisp developer handoff.
What you’ll do
About The Role
We’re hiring a Mobile App UI/UX Designer who lives in Figma and is fluent with Figma AI. Adobe XD knowledge is compulsory, along with confidence in other design tools. You’ll craft consumer-grade Android/iOS experiences end-to-end—wireframes, design systems, prototypes, and crisp developer handoff.
What you’ll do
- Own mobile journeys from low-fi wireframes to polished UI.
- Build scalable design systems (components, variants, variables, tokens).
- Create interactive prototypes and micro-interactions for testing.
- Use Figma AI for content, variant generation, batch edits, and automation.
- Collaborate with Product & Engineering; handoff with precise specs.
- Run quick usability tests; turn findings into actionable design changes.
- Ensure platform correctness (Material 3 and iOS HIG) and accessibility (WCAG).
- Maintain design libraries and documentation.
- Expert Figma: Auto Layout, components/variants, variables, prototyping, design tokens.
- Figma AI: prompt-based generation/iteration, content, and workflow automation.
- Adobe XD proficiency (able to read/update legacy files).
- Strong mobile UI craft, typography, spacing, iconography.
- Solid UX process: research, flows, wireframes, usability testing.
- Clear communication and developer-friendly handoff.
- Motion/interaction: After Effects/Lottie/ProtoPie/Principle.
- Illustration (Illustrator), image work (Photoshop).
- Basic analytics literacy (Funnel, Retention), A/B testing mindset.
- Experience with Notion/Jira/Linear; Agile squads.
- Portfolio link featuring 2–3 shipped mobile apps (Android/iOS).
- A quick note on how you’ve used Figma AI in real projects.
- Your resume and expected compensation.
