Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
- Ensure adherence to Agile principles and remove impediments for the team.
- Act as a coach for the team and stakeholders on Agile practices.
- Track and report progress using Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
- Collaborate with Product Owner and development teams for smooth delivery.
Required Skills
- Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
- Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
- Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
- Experience in banking or financial domain preferred.
