Key Responsibilities

• Facilitate Scrum ceremonies (Daily Stand-ups, Sprint Planning, Retrospectives).
• Ensure adherence to Agile principles and remove impediments for the team.
• Act as a coach for the team and stakeholders on Agile practices.
• Track and report progress using Agile tools (JIRA, Confluence).
• Collaborate with Product Owner and development teams for smooth delivery.

Required Skills

• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks.
• Excellent communication and facilitation skills.
• Experience in banking or financial domain preferred.
