Global Workplace Services Program Manager Responsibilities:
- Lead large-scale, strategic programs with activities spanning multiple teams and business partners
- Drive program teams to ensure successful execution of complex, cross-functional initiatives
- Partner closely with executive sponsors to define scope, execute, and operationalize programs
- Build alignment among key stakeholders and escalate critical decisions as needed
- Identify and solve complex operational challenges unique to each program
- Seek opportunities for efficiencies, alignment, and process improvement
- Define program objectives and key results that ladder up to pillar and organizational priorities
- Assemble and mobilize teams to achieve program objectives
- Represent GWS with company leadership and external partners
- Continuously refine and promote best practices for cross-functional program management consistent with Meta values
- 10+ years of experience in management consulting, strategic program management, or similar roles in tech or business services
- Proven track record of developing tailored strategic communications, experience presenting complex ideas to leadership and executive audiences
- Experience leading meetings and driving outcomes, building partnerships, and influencing stakeholders at all levels
- Experience in change management and operationalizing programs with operational teams
- Demonstrated success working with international and cross-regional teams
- Highly organized, responsive, and demonstrate a proactive, solutions-oriented approach
- BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
- Background in Corporate Real Estate or Workplace Services organizations
- Prior consulting experience
- Experience leading global programs with cross-regional partners
- Experience working in high-growth companies
