Join one of Sydney’s leading PropTech scale-ups—an innovative platform powering property reports for major industry players including realestate.com.au and Domain. With strong growth ahead, they’re expanding the team and looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer with a strong frontend background to help shape the next phase of their product.

This role is perfect for someone who thrives in autonomy, enjoys leading and driving projects, and collaborates confidently within a cross-functional team.

As a Senior Developer with a frontend focus, you’ll take ownership of mission-critical projects—delivering reliable, scalable platforms end-to-end. You’ll make key technical decisions, influence product direction, work closely with stakeholders, and help guide technical best practices across the team. You’ll also contribute to the development of new AI-driven features, integrating cutting-edge technology to enhance the product experience. This is a high-impact role with significant leadership opportunities within a talented distributed team.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and deliver impactful medium-to-large feature releases across the platform.
• Define technical direction and architecture for complex business features, ensuring performance, scalability and maintainability.
• Rapidly prototype and build new features for the platform, with a strong focus on quality and user experience.
• Maintain and enhance core services, APIs, and third-party integrations.
• Contribute across the stack while driving frontend architecture and ensuring excellent UI/UX foundations.
• Conduct thoughtful, constructive code and design reviews to uphold high engineering standards.
• Collaborate with the broader engineering team to refine best practices, improve code quality, and evolve development processes.
• Promote a culture of learning through mentorship, technical guidance, and advocacy for modern engineering methods.

Skills & Experience

• Expert-level TypeScript
• React.js / Next.js
• Strong frontend architecture, component design, and Material UI experience
• Frontend E2E testing frameworks (Playwright, Cypress)
• Backend web technologies:
• Node.js
• GraphQL & REST APIs
• Understanding of database systems (SQL/NoSQL)
