You will own the full lifecycle of your category, setting strategy, shaping the range, and guiding products from concept through to end-of-life. You’ll analyse market trends, identify opportunities, and work with international teams to tailor products for local consumers. This position blends strategic planning with hands-on execution and close collaboration across sales, marketing, and supply chain.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain a forward-looking roadmap based on trends, retailer insight, and competitor activity.
- Manage the financial performance of the category, including pricing and margin.
- Guide product lifecycle decisions and localise specifications with global partners.
- Lead product launches with clear value propositions and strong sales enablement tools.
- Work cross-functionally to support forecasting, availability, and effective market positioning.
- 5+ years in Product Management or Product Marketing within electronics, FMCG, or retail-led categories.
- Comfortable owning financial outcomes and making commercial decisions.
- Strong communicator with the ability to influence and collaborate across teams.
- Adaptable, proactive, and energised by a fast-evolving environment.
- Experience working with global teams is a strong advantage.
